Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the total charges of the care and treatment you receive at Northwest Hospital. In most cases we will accept your assignment of insurance benefits and will send your hospital bill directly to the insurance company. We recommend that you contact your insurance company directly if you have not received an explanation of benefits (EOB) from them within 60 days of receiving a copy of your hospital bill. The EOB should identify covered services, insurance payment and any remaining patient responsibility.
