The entrance to this clinic is accessed from North 35th Street, at the rear of the Burke Building. There is designated patient parking in the lot, directly in front of the clinic entrance.

The Northwest Hospital Foot & Ankle Clinic specializes in surgical and nonsurgical care of acute injuries, overuse syndromes, deformities, diabetes complications, and arthritis of the foot and ankle. We also offer in-office X-ray, 3-D laser scanning for orthotics, in-office minor procedures and outpatient and inpatient surgery.

If you require surgery, our board-certified surgeon has more than a decade of experience, and familiarity with the latest procedures and techniques.

Billing & Insurance

Northwest Hospital Foot & Ankle Clinic accepts Medicare and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company to verify benefits prior to your visit, or contact us with any questions. Your insurance may require you to pay a co-payment at the time of your appointment. (This is typically noted on the front or back of your insurance card.) Please bring your insurance card and photo ID to your appointment.
