Mary Starkebaum, M.D., is a board certified physician and volunteer medical director of the Lake City RotaCare Free Clinic, which partners with Northwest Hospital to provide for patients who are uninsured or otherwise unable to access care.

The clinic meets Saturdays from 10 A.M. - 1 P.M. at 12736 33rd Ave NE, Lake City. Dr. Starkebaum’s colleagues, a completely volunteer staff and UW medical students serve people from many countries. She invites other practitioners to join. The state covers professional liability insurance and medical license fees for retired doctors.

 Dr. Starkebaum earned her M.D. at the UW.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Starkebaum is otherwise retired from a 30-year primary care practice in Seattle. She joined Lake Forest Park Rotary because of its financial support for the clinic.
