Mandi Bainton, P.A.-C., is a physician assistant at UW Medicine's Urology Northwest Clinic.
Bainton's model of patient care is to listen to her patient and find what works for each of them. Every patient has their own personal dynamics and challenges. What works for one person may not work for another, so listening to each individual’s needs is vital to achieving success. Her patient care philosophy is to treat every patient as she would want one her family members to be treated.
Bainton earned her P.A.-C. at the UW. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Washington Academy of Physician Assistants, International Pelvic Pain Society and Sexual Medicine Society.
She is a sub investigator with the UW'S Urology research department. Prior to working at Urology Northwest, Bainton worked as a medic in the Air National Guard.
