Hilary Pentz, DPT, OCS, OMT, FAAOMPT, is a physical therapist with UW Medicine’s Advanced Manual Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation at Ballard and Northgate.
Dr. Pentz has a diverse background that has focused on manual therapy, sports, prenatal and postnatal treatment, and pelvic floor therapy. She treats men and women of all ages. She looks at the whole body to determine patterns and how they relate to each other. She believes in looking holistically about how the body interacts to find the root cause of one’s problem.
She has been a speaker at University of Washington Physical Therapy Doctorate Program, as well as taught a variety of classes on prenatal and postnatal health. She was also a college athlete and specializes in sports injuries involving shoulders, knees, hips ankles, and the spine.
