Retirement Savings Plan

Our retirement plan is designed to help you plan for the future and build financial security. Various investment options are available, allowing you to customize a plan based on your age and retirement goals. Starting the first day of employment all employees can enroll. After six months of employment, employees are eligible to receive an employer match which starts the following January or July.

Dependent Care (Daycare and Eldercare) Flexible Spending Account

In addition to the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, employees can set aside money on a pre-tax basis to cover qualifying daycare and eldercare expenses they may incur while at work. Employees scheduled to work at least 16 hours per week are eligible to enroll.
