Dr. Frankwick graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and went on to receive her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1983. She completed her residency programs in Milwaukee and New York City, and has practiced at Northwest Hospital since 1988. She stays current with the latest developments in obstetrics and gynecology through board recertification programs and at least 50 hours of continuing medical education course work each year. She volunteers as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine and with Remote Area Medical in the Cervical Cancer Screening Program in Guyana, South America.
Dr. Frankwick's special interests include high-risk obstetrics, contraception, evaluation of abnormal Pap smears, laparoscopic surgery, menopausal issues and treatment of heavy menses. She is open to the use of alternative medical practices.
Dr. Frankwick and her colleagues and at Meridian Women’s Health have similar practice philosophies and treat their patients with sensitivity and respect.
Dr. Frankwick is happily married and enjoys riding a tandem bike with her husband. She loves to travel and is a passionate quilter.
