Dr. Vara Kraft received her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Davis, and her master's degree in biology from Stanford University. She received her medical degree from Tulane University. She is board certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has been practicing internal medicine for adults in the Seattle area since completing her residency in 1995.

Patient Care Philosophy

I love to work with patients and to give them the best care I can. I love to teach and share what I know with my patients. I feel it is a privilege to be able to guide my patient through the maze of healthcare choices and decisions.

At the end of the day, I feel good that I am there and can make a difference.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Kraft is particularly interested in wellness medicine and prevention, physicals, Pap smear screening, geriatric care, and the diagnosis and the treatment of complex illness.
