Kari K. Ranum, A.R.N.P., is a board-certified adult acute care nurse practitioner. Ranum brings over 23 years of expert clinical care in patients with complex cardiovascular disease, including 10 years as a cardiothoracic critical care nurse practitioner and 4 years as an advanced registered nurse practitioner in cardiology/cardiac surgery.
At the UW Medicine Regional Heart Center, Ranum's role is paramount to the multidisciplinary heart team for transcatheter valve therapies, including transcatheter aortic valve replacement, transcatheter mitral valve repair and transcatheter valve-in-valve replacement.
Ranum earned her M.S.N. from the University of Washington in Seattle.
