Jes Alexander, M.D., Ph.D., is a radiation oncologist who provides radiation treatments to cancer patients at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance Proton Therapy Center.
Dr. Alexander is also a researcher at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in the Solid Tumor Translational Research Group. He is studying mouse models of brain tumors to better understand and find treatments for brain tumors in patients.
Dr. Alexander believes the doctor-patient relationship is based on communication and responsibility. He listens to his patients and does his best to address their concerns and achieve their goals. His objective as a physician is to give his patients the right treatment for their disease, regardless of what it takes to accomplish this.
