Dr. Lilja provides ankle and foot care at the UW/NWH Fremont Primary and Specialty Care Clinic.
Dr. Lilja's practice includes surgical care of the ankle and foot as well as active lifestyle medicine and dermatological care of the foot and ankle. He has been in practice for fourteen years and participates in the Northwest Podiatric Surgical Residency Program as an Attending Surgeon. His surgical interests include ankle reconstruction, fracture and tendon repair and diabetes Charcot repair. His clinical interests include the nonoperative management of foot and ankle complaints.
A northwest native, Dr. Lilja attended the University of Puget Sound and finished his medical education at The New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He returned to Seattle for a reconstructive surgical residency of the foot and ankle at Swedish Medical Center.
Dr. Lilja is the former managing member of the Seattle Foot and Ankle Clinic in North Seattle.
Dr. Lilja is a Fellow of the America College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
