Daniel A. Lazar, M.D., is a neurosurgeon at Northwest Neurosurgery at Northwest Hospital & Medical Center.
Dr. Lazar evaluates and treats his patients as individuals, employing state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical techniques to provide the best outcome possible. He strives to be available for his patients to support them and their families through the challenges of neurological diseases.
Dr. Lazar earned his M.D. from the UW, where he also completed his neurosurgical residency and fellowship in the treatment of complex spinal disorders. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex spinal disorders, minimally invasive spine surgery, neuro-oncology, Gamma Knife radiosurgery and skull-base surgery.
During his years of practice, Dr. Lazar has successfully treated many patients of spinal and central nervous system conditions through a variety of surgical techniques. He is board-certified in Neurological Surgery.
