Bio
Cindy R. Rogers, C.N.M. is a Certified Nurse-Midwife at the UWP-Northwest Hospital Midwives Clinic and a teaching associate faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Washington. Her scope of practice includes normal pregnancy and birth and women’s health care. She has been a midwife since 1988 and was one of the founding members of her current practice.
Rogers became a midwife in order to provide nurturing, compassionate care to women and their families. She believes healthcare should be evidence based, but also deal with the emotional and social aspects of the experience of welcoming a new family member.
