Whether it’s spending time with family or taking time for yourself we feel it’s important to offer a generous paid time off package that can accommodate your personal needs. Employees accrue both vacation and sick time based on hours worked and years of service.
On-site childcare provides you convenience and peace of mind knowing your child is in good hands. The Northwest Child Care Center provides a curriculum that fosters developmentally appropriate practices in a warm and nurturing environment.
On-Site Fitness Center
Our Cardiac Fitness Center allows employees to stay in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Membership includes use of cardiovascular equipment and weight machines, conveniently located on campus. As an incentive for employees to stay active and motivated, monthly membership is free if you use the facility at least eight times per month.
We want your commute to be as easy and affordable as possible. Flexible transportation options include a free ORCA pass, carpooling and Rideshare options. For those who prefer biking to work, bicycle storage space is available in our covered parking garage.
Employee Assistance Programs
We understand that employees and their families face a variety of challenges in maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Our Employee Assistance and Helping Hands programs are available to assist you during times of personal challenge or financial difficulty.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program
As another way to stay healthy, you can join the CSA program and have fresh organic produce conveniently delivered for pick-up right on campus each week.
